Columbia Landing’s project developer is Brian Dion, a longtime local Seaside resident. Being a 38 year veteran of the hospitality business, Brian has served Oregon’s North Coast for many years. He has served as president of the Seaside chamber of commerce, president of the rotary club, and has been a member of the hospital foundation board of directors. In addition to serving the North Coast, Brian is the loving father of three children: Shannon, Adam and Allison who all grew up and attended local schools in the area. Both Adam and Shannon’s husband, Josh Pike, are active in the development company for the project. Brian, Adam and Josh fell in love with the Columbia Landing site the first time they visited because of its stunning and unobstructed views of the Columbia River. Partnering with Integrity Structures on the construction end, Columbia Landing was launched.
