Early reservation holders will get to choose from some standard options what colors and materials are to be used for their townhome. Upgrade options will require a non-refundable deposit.

• 2 gas fireplaces w/stone or slate surround (living room and master bedroom)
• Built-in wine cabinet w/chiller
• Day spa inspired master bathroom includes jacuzzi tub and open-air walk-in dual headed shower
• Granite surrounds in master bath.
• Slab granite counter tops in all bathrooms.
• Heated floors in master bath
• Spacious walk-in closets in master and guest bedrooms.
• Use of hardwood flooring
• Front loading washer and dryer
• Over 300 sq. ft. of viewing decks (for 3 story townhome)

Upgrade packages we will be offering:
• an elevator package for 3-story units ($30,000 deposit required for design and material changes)
• a furniture package (price to be determined)
• an upgraded appliance offering (price and models to be determined)
