I am a native Astorian with many family ties and relationships to this community. My husband, Steve, and I have raised two daughters, and we are now enjoying our grandchildren.
I have been in real estate since February, 1983, and have a long list of accomplishments, including serving as president of the Clatsop Association of Realtors. I have listed and sold almost every type of property, and have been a top producer during my nineteen-year career in real estate. I have received awards for my performance, and I have worked very hard to establish myself as a professional. I'm genuinely concerned with helping people accomplish their real estate goals. I believe in total service and thorough follow-up for my customers. A successful transaction comes through mutual trust and loyalty. I help people understand the entire process of buying or selling so they can make intelligent decisions.
As your personal real estate professional, my commitment is to you, and the accomplishment of your goals.
Linda's Philosophy is: “Always be truthful, don't take anything that doesn't belong to you, and never be lazy.”
Whatever I do in life, these values govern my actions. They always have - they always will. I believe them.
Linda's Goals are: “To insure that the property you are buying or selling closes. I earn your respect, trust, and loyalty. You remember my good service, and feel confident enough to recommend me to a friend. Simply stated, you are happy with the job I have done.”
I love Astoria so much, I never want to leave! I believe it's a wonderful place to raise children and enjoy family activities. Our great Northwest offers a healthy life-style, friendly and caring neighbors, supportive churches, and helpful community members.
I derive much satisfaction from helping people. I appreciate an opportunity to help you, too.
